Question about a horses belly?

when my horse trots along his belly makes a sound similar to a bull frog caught in a pipe or something ( thats the only way i seem to be able to explain it )

kind of oink oink ... when he trots what could this possibly be ???

    Only male horses do this, either geldings or stallions.

    When they trot, their penis bobs up and down in their sheath. Air gets sucked in, then pushed out. It's kind of like a fart, but it's just the air going in and out of the tight space. It's harmless, and they all do it.

    alot of horses do that,my dad said that its his guts moving around in his belly,and it helps them breath,if thats not it then I have no idea,but its not that unusual (my brothers horse does it,has since he was little)
