Durable Poly Floor Finish?
What is the most durable floor finish for wood sold? Polyurethane brand & type. Most of the VOC finishes that were good are no longer sold. I am a contractor so professional products I would rather obtain unless someone has luck with what is sold in Depot/ Lowes. Water based or Oil does not matter to me.

I know what you mean about the old varnishes. I have not finished a wood floor in many years and it was getting hard to obtain then.
I do know though that Deft makes a good floor finish and I think they sell it at Lowe's. Their site was down so I couldn't check. If they have McCloskey's though I would go with that just because I have used their products for 40 yr.
