    Congrats on getting married!

You could probably tell us whether he speaks/prefers Cantonese or Mandarin. "Chinese" is just a term for the various dialects spoken in China, just as "European" refers to the various languages spoken in Europe (German, French, Dutch, etc). You wouldn't want the big vow to be spoken in the language that ain't his mother tongue do you? Your romanization of "ni ho mar" sounds like a mix of the two, so it's kind of hard for me to tell. But it's a simple sentence so I'll just give you both versions:

    我願意

    Mandarin: Wo yuan yi.

    Cantonese: Ngo jyun ji.

Note: The "J" in Cantonese is silent. The "O" should be pronounced as in "bore; door; core".

Why don't you say it in Korean, since he's half that? I'm thinking it's probably not as hard to pronounce.
