Enviornment is totally responsible for the upbringing of children, it even includes their parents
children usual copy their parent & hence think its always right,
Adults are responsible for their actions but children are not as they have no social understanding wether its right or wrong, hence its parent's duty to watch over their child in everything he/she is doing, fro school to friend circle

I blame the environment that they grow up in, they don't go bad in one night for no reason, so someone had to teach them how to be bad. plus most of them don't really have the brains to think what's right and wrong..
