Is it possible to make 6 packs stomach without execercise?
Many person don't make excercise i am one of them but now i started walking my stomach is coming out, now my waist is 34 inches but i feel awkward when i see my stomach all features are good but after looking to stomach i feel bored can anyone give suggestion how to decrease the stomach size?

Personally I find sit-ups and crunches just make you feel bloated. Best to diet right and walk/jog. A What's Good For You Study proved that dieting right is the best way to 6-pack abs rather than excessive excercise. Just remember intake equals output.
