how can i find out what the brands on my horse mean?
In NSW ,Australia i have a TB with brandings on the both shoulders
how can i find out his heritage ?
i dont know his racing name or anything all i have is RB/v on nr side
and 46/3 on the off side

I don't know how it is in Australia, but you could look up some agriculture web sites. Perhaps there is a registry. Was he on the track? Did he come from a ranch? Who did you get him from, and where did he come from before that?
Also, ask your vet and farrier. They may know who the brands belong to.
