How do I make my blood pressure lower?

I'm not actually a high blooded person but I get high blood pressure results because I get nervous when having my bp checked. It's weird but I know there are also other people like me. What should I do? Or what should I eat before having my bp checked? I'm always doing my cardio (aerobics) sessions and I eat moderately. I'm so careful of my health but I still get unwanted bp results due to my nervousness. It's just NERVOUSNESS. =l

It is quite natural that the BP reading will be slightly high if you check it immediately after entering the clinic . Before seeing the doctor , your should relax for sometime and consult the doctor. Generally doctors will first check your BP and then ask you to wait for sometime outside the room and again check for the second time to confirm the result. The reading in the second time will definitely be lower than the first one. You can be classified as a hypertense patient only after repeated tests. This is purely because of anxity. You try this method .
