Transferring land ownership?
I own a piece of land here in the Philippines. I want to transfer it to my son. What is the proper procedure?

Indicate it in your last will or go to the registry of deeds where the land is located.

You are going to have to complete what's called a "quick claim deed". Just call the property tax office there to get instructions on how you can fill out that document.
