i'm from Hungary and that i've got learnt German and English interior the college. In Hungary now English is obligatory to income because of the fact the top quality of the common college (6 years), and just about in each and every college you may learn a 2d language. the main customary ones are German, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian. besides the incontrovertible fact that, in some colleges, in many situations interior the capital, you may learn "specific" languages, too eg. Greek, Hebrew, Arabic, chinese language, or jap. we've 13 minorities, who has very own language, so which you would be able to learn them, too. I learnt German, because of the fact my place of origin is in West-Hungary, close to to the Austrian border, and we are in many situations going procuring and trekking there, so we would desire to talk the language.

I think that in this case it means that everything costs money.
In other it may mean that costs almost nothing or it's very cheap.
