It depends on the guy and yourself. Its a bit like asking you.. "would you have sex with a guy one of your friends had sex with??"
I know in some ways, its morally not right. But there is no definite answer to it.
But personally for me, i wouldn't because you know your friend already. Perhaps you heard stories before about how he and the girl had sex. Also, as its the same group of friends, you never know what each other think.
