Who accessed my network folder?
Is there a program that logs access to a (shared) folder on the network or on local PC?

Windows has certain things under control panel that a lot of people really don't know much about. Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools... "Event viewer" is the tool that I think will help you. I haven't worked with it much personally. In this area there are also other tools you might consider looking at such as security policies, and the like. If you have a server with policies, in run command type "mmc". Event Viewer will probably help you out the most there. WARNING: This won't help much at all unless you are using a Windows OS.
