How to do this on Photoshop?

You know how when you take pictures with a normal camera,

your pictures do not appear like these photos:

These pictures wouldn't normally look like what they look like now, if they were raw.

These pictures appear lighter and friendlier to the eyes than how normal pictures would look very bright and strong in color.

I would like to know how I can make a raw picture like this:

Could someone please teach me or link a tutorial.

    You can download free actions which will allow you to

    put "Haze" effects onto your pictures.

    Adjusting the contrast, curves, and saturation can also help.

    I do this a lot while making icons.
