I'm planning for a workout but I have to know if...?

I'm planning for a workout w/c is an aerobics type. I'm 17 years old, male. Will it decrease my ability to attain my maximum height? I'm not yet taller/as tall as my dad and I want to become taller. What should I do? what about diet, etc. any suggestions?

I would say that since you are 17, don't sorry about stunting your growth. It's not really "height" that would be affected anyway. If you are not involved in any sports, don't be afraid to push yourself 6-7 days a week... but then, I'm not really the work-out type. I'll just leave it at this: don't kill yourself.

Exercise will do you good, but no your limit and dont push yourself too far as you can do more damage than good.
