my dog has blood on his poo, what do you think is his disease?

he had vaccination when he was a puppy. but we were not able to give him the complete one. the first day he was actually not able to stand i think he has broken back or something which i also think is related to his disease. then after days he has liquidy poo then we tried to give him some medicine(for human) for stomachaches then he's poo became quite solid, but purely liquid. now, everytime he poo there's blood on it but he's quite more happy he moves now, he can stand and move around. i'm just quite concerned on his condition.

You should be concerned and he will need to see a vet ASAP! Blood in his stool is not good! Your question and details are not clear!

But Good Luck and call your vet now! *;*

Take him to a VET NOW. You mustn't delay and you mustn't give a dog medicines meant for humans. Asking questions on a site like this is no alternative to a VET when you know your dog is VERY ILL. Take him to a VET NOW!

Why have you not taken this poor dog to the vet. He is obviously in a lot of pain. Put yourself in his place, wouldn't you have wanted someone to get a doctor for you if you were this ill?

I don't think it is fair to ever call someone an idiot. It is ignorance. Your dog needs medical attention now!
