I don't feel good :/ help!?

So I've been feeling really fat lately. I looked like I've gained weight in my stomach but I haven't gained any when I get one the scale. I keep eating but then feeling sick afterwards. Every time I eat it feels like I just ate soooo much food but then I get hungry again and eat. I've heard of people cleaning out their body by drinking weird things. Does anyone know any recipes for that kind of stuff or do you know what could be wrong with me? Thank you so much :)

    If you don't eat breakfast in the morning you should start, most important meal of the day and will give you energy, eat your 3 square meals a day. Don't snack inbetween and exercise on a daily basis. Also could be things like parasites, or some condition if it's not getting better go to the doctor. Cranberry juice is the best thing for cleansing, will clean you right out.
