Crush problem!!!! Please help ?

First of all we never talked to each other. It all started when i noticed someone is staring at me in the physics lab. I didn't gave much attention to it at first but later found that she is really nice-looking. Now i also like her. I know i should've made the move but i waited for hers(since she had crushed first). She did actually made some attempts but, to me they were jokes, no teal efforts. We had some eye contacts but i didn't gave it much attention(tried to hide my crushing). It's about two weeks and now she is avoiding close eye contact with me. Now she chats with her male friends(mutual actually) in front of me, maybe just to show me or trying to reach me :-). I am really confused. Please help me. Should i make THE MOVE or forget and move onnnnnn..........
