Stolen goods and a land squatter :)?

To make a long story short my grandmom broke up with the man she had been living with for about 8 years and drove to my house one night with only the items she could quickly pack into a suitcase and $700 she stuffed in her shoes. When she went to get all her stuff back most of the antique things were gone. The man now lives on the property in the house which my grandmom owns and refuses to leave. She owns the house but his name is on the title thing. Is there any way we can get rid of him/ evict so she can sell the property for money?

If his name is on the "title thing", this means he is at least part owner of the property.

She will need a lawyer to sort this out.

    You can't jus evict him.

He has been living with Grandma long enough to be considered a common-law husband.

If his name is on the title , he owns the house but half is Grandmas by law.

    You need a lawyer.
