Should i get a taper. Or a fade.?

U should stick with the 4 an taper down the sides and back of neck. U can ask for a low taper that way ur still pretty much a 4 all over but it's still something different. It all really depends how short u want the sides and how high u want the fade. U don't have to get an edge up either that part is always optional.

Ask the barber for a "high right, low left", lol.(just teasing) That cut that you have now fits your look and your age perfectly! A fade would probably look good on you too, but I'm thinking that it may make you look older. Plus, unless you keep a regular cut, I wldnt get a fade. They grow out in a matter of days and just look so bLaH. Also, it'll ruin your natural hairline. You've got a natural look about yourself. Nothing beats that! If you must....experiment! Try everything and find your likes and dislikes. Ya can't knock it until ya try it! While you're at it, try a mini mohawk. Those are fUnKy! Good luck;-)
