first boil with a little dish soap and water. drain, then put in a little cooking oil and a layer of salt and scrape with the side edge of a teaspoon

Put boiling water in the pot until the water goes cold. Then remove the water from the pot.. Then scrape it all off with a spoon.

Just let it soak in hot water for awhile, use a steel scrubby, soak in hot water for awhile, use a steel scrubby with lots of elbow grease, repeat repeat repeat until it either works or you throw out the pot and go buy a new one! :D good luck
