i cant get my ignition to go off of acc to take my key out in my 96 eclipse gs ?
i just bought a car and the ignition only goes back as far as the acc and not to the off position to take my key out what is the problem ???

Key may have a break in it, try to shake and jiggle the key while you try to turn it back.

if you have your wheels turned hard or on an incline,turn your wheel at the same time you are turning the key.
