If a girl tries to make you jealous?
she's not your girlfriend ... she's not even your friend, you know her and you both flirt with each other (you see her at school), but she seems a little tense ... and is a little nervous when she talks to you/flirts with you.
If she intentionally hugs other guys around this guy and looks at him while she's doing it ... and flirts with other guys around him.
Does that mean she likes him?

If she does, it tells me that she's not mature. I've had a couple of girls treat me this way. I'm more open and honest, and this level of garbage killed my first romance in high school. If she shows interest in other guys, I assume she's interested in other guys, and I back off.
If this doesn't bother you as much as it does me, I strongly recommend that you ask her straight out if she's interested in going out with you. That way, you'll know. If she won't give you a straight answer, then find someone else -- a romance based on head games is no fun, believe me. That girl in high school wasn't the first to do it to me, but she was the last who got away with it for more than a day.

Wickedly Immature hands down, that's all I've got to say about that ..
I've had guys do that , and too me its a sign of just plain stupidity .
