Before I had someone to change keyswitch it would start everytime by just hotwiring it.Now it will not start ,just cranks over.Do not hear fuel pump kicking in either.Could he have left something unhooked or what?It is a 95 rav toyota.

IF you dont hear the fuel pump there could be a wire that wasnt hooked back up and is not engaging when the key is being turned to the ACC or ON position while starting. You probably wont be able to hotwire either. Need to take it back to whoever fixed your car and have them take a second look at to see if they missed anything
