pc problem - automatic start?

Whenever i turn on my AVR my pc would just automatically start without even pushing the start button...but the monitor will just be blank.. it doesn't show anything.

what could be wrong?

    Start in Safe Mode(start tapping the F8 key while booting)

    • Hold Windows Key+Pause/Break Key & release

    • System Properties (Window opens)

    • Advanced

    • Startup & Recovery

    • Settings

    • System Failure

    • Clear the "Automatically Restart" box

    • OK

    then

    • Hold Windows Key+R & release (Run Command)

    • Type CHKDSK /R

    • Restart

    • May take up to "30 minutes +" to run, depending on the system configuration
