Processed peanut butter: texture?

I've been eating peanut butter from my college's main dining hall, but there aren't any nutritional facts available for it. I'm just wondering if there's a way to distinguish natural peanut butter from processed peanut butter by its texture. The peanut butter there is pretty soft and creamy and looks oily, so I suspect that it might be processed.

If the peanut butter is processed, it contains hydrogenated oils, which I want to avoid.

I would not trust peanut butter like that. Could be terrible for you. It probably has that oil in it.
