Trusted hosting and domain name provider in the Philippines please?

can anyone please direct me to a company or a reputable small business that offers webhosting and domain name registration in the Philippines? (around P2k only please)

they have to be reputable and trusted so they can be contacted and sure to not close down any time soon. I have tons of problems with online purchasing like my paypal had been compromized, and my EON I did not maintain. so im just looking for a company I can pay to purchase for me the domain name and hosting. also I need them to be affordable, prefferably within Metro Manila.
