Does the UPS driver know what's in the box?

Do shippers need to declare what is in all packages sent out? If so, do individual route drivers get a printout or something, or is there any way for them to know what the package contains?

P.S. Anyone know where the cheapest place is to order a severed human head?

The only time you have to seriosuly declare is when there are Chemicals, or firearms (in which case you need a FFL, or Federal Firearms License). Other than that, no. Also, the person does not, or should NOT know what is inside the package.

Best place to order a head is from George Washburn, out of Del Monte, Switzerland.
