Whats the best paid software to use to hide one's IP Address? meaning when I hide my IP Address it cannot be detected/found anymore no matter what the hacker uses. Also pls explain why you think it is the best software to hide the IP Address - disadvantage and advantage

What possible reason would you have to want your IP address hidden?

It all depends on the software you're using to access the resource that you're attempting to reach... if it's just web browsing a simple proxy website will do the job - however you can't guarantee that it's not traceable as a simple script on a webpage can find your real IP.

There's no way that you can without a doubt hide your IP, there's always a way to trace it. It's just a matter of using the appropriate software, settings, etc for the resource you're attempting to reach without showing your IP.
