Why are you people still fighting the 2012 presidential election?

I'm only a Brit, so I don't understand how it works in the States. Can you get a replay or something? Because where I come from we have the election, shout at each other about the result for a week or so, then get on with it.

What are all the folk whining about Obama (which they either can't spell or have this childish thing going, not sure which) actually expecting to achieve? Or should they just get a life? Will somebody please explain?

Update:

@Mandi Lynn: I really don't care at all. Just curious. And why would I worry about the Queen as she has nothing to do with the British government?

@Antie Pantie: Half a world away actually. Also the BBC isn't state run. It is publicly funded but independent of government (thought everyone knew that). As for nobody talking about it, have you looked at Y!A recently? Every second question in the politics and/or government areas is about Obama.

The average american doesnt still have arguments about the elections, just the ignorant liberals and conservatives on this board who only rely on 2nd hear say

Source(s): Please do not base your view of americans simply on the fools on Y!A's political section

    "I'm only a Brit."

Which means you are an entire world away from the US and get most of your news about it from the State run BBC.

No one is talking about the election anymore - except in light of Obama being exposed as a liar - as one who is for the middle class (even as taxes for both the poor and middle class went up just last week)!

I am happy with the outcome of the presidential election.

I find that the people who have a problem with the election results really thought they would win even though almost all polls accurately predicted the result. I did expect it to be closer but it turned out to be that Obama soundly won the election. Maybe the outright rejection of the conservative candidate really surprised the opposition so much that the only way they could process it was with immature outbursts of anger. Oh well. Life goes on.

Simpleton. Obama has ordered over 200 drone strikes and killed hundreds of innocent civilians. He's making America a welfare and security state.

Would you just "Get on with it" if you had to deal with this?

Why do you care? Stay over there in Britain and mind your business. Worry about your queen

Just because 0bama has been reelected doesn't mean:

    We have to like him

We have to support his policies

We are going to lie down while his minions seek to roll over us.

We can still impeach. Which means get rid of.
