installing corel wordperfect in new laptop?

i just bought a laptop with free trial of ms office, and haven't used it at all, since i also bought a corel wordperfect. should i uninstall this ms free trial first before i install my corel wordperfect, or do i just go ahead and install corel and just leave ms uninstalled?

Yes, if you dont uninstall the trial version first, then there will be conflicts when you try to install your corel. So uninstall, run defrag, then install corel.

As Corel and Microsoft are two completely different companies and their software won't interact with each other you could go either way. Leave MS Office there then install Corel or take it off first. If you don't plan on keeping Office you may as well free up some hard drive space though and pull it off. You can always download the latest version's trial later.
