What is grammatically correct for this title? I'm actually confused on when and how to use the (') sign.
a. Comparative Analysis of XYZ and the Competitors' Products.
b. Comparative Analysis of XYZ and the Competitor's Products.
b. Comparative Analysis of XYZ and the Competitor Products.
Or do you have any suggestions to replace the said title with a better one?

It depends, how many "competitors" are there?
If there's one, use b. if there's two or more, use a.

If there is more than one competitor then A
If there is just one competitor then B :)
