AAGh! video games run amok--What can I do?

My kids have video game stuff ALL OVER the place, what can I do to make it more organized? They just can't seem to get it together. And no matter how many times I tell them to clean it up, it's a wreck an hour later. Please. Need advice!!

that's an easy one:  have a standing rule that video games aren't allowed to turn on until the area is neat and organized.

we have two big baskets, one for wii controllers/ steering wheels/ etc. and another for games.  easy enough for the kids to get things back where they belong when they're appropriately motivated to do so.

Lock it all up for a week. When you give it back to them tell them it will be a month next time. They will learn really quick. The other option is march them into the room, spank them and tell them to clean it up. Your kids, your option.

Confiscate the power cables and dont give them back until improvement is shown.
