Can a filly beat the boys in the Belmont?

Unlimited Budget gets a 5 lb. weight break which is big in a 1 1/2 race. Of course the Pletcher, Rosie, filly factors mean we will not get the 8 to 1 ml odds. I'll be in for a couple of bucks.

    I don't think she gets the distance. I will not be putting her in any of my exotics. which hey who knows could hurt me but I think she will be over bet on race day due to all the female casual racing fans going with her. She lost the Oaks. I just don't see her winning the Belmont.

    Yes, it can be done and has been. Not this year, tho. Rags to Riches in 2007 won.
