    Actually it is the other way around. In my country God will sue you if you insults him, or even criticizes his book.

    Step 1. File the lawsuit.

    Step 2. Serve the defendant with a copy of the suit.

    Can you see the flaw in this lawsuit? I would think a state senator would be able to figure it out, too... .

    LOL. First you would have to prove to the court that God exists. He does exist and some of the court would believe He exists. However, some of the court would be atheist. I would imagine a long and unresolved circular debate over whether God exists and if so, wouldn't manifest Himself in person to prove His case. It would be a waste of taxpayer money and a boring waste of time.
