The cancer victim would go through an expensive trial, found guilty, go to prison, get food and board, AND FREE HEALTHCARE.

It wouldn't work. It will only affect law abiding cancer patients . Criminals are just going to go out and get cancer anyway.

You can't punish people for getting sick. Sick people are victims. That's why we want to ban things that MAKE people sick. THAT CAUSE people to develop cancer. Smoking and fried foods make people sick. Thus those should be illegal. But you can't punish people who get sick cuz they are innocent. They are victims. In fact they should receive reparations for getting sick in the first place.

Because people will catch it and produce cancer cells
