Why is the US still called home of the brave when Americans want to ban everything that scares them?

So, like any person looking at the US from the outside you just assume that ALL of America is just like the news says it is right?

That's not very smart or accurate. Very few Americans want all guns banned and have very little chance of that happening.

How about the conservative republicans get banned from everything. They're a pain in the butt anyway - worthless they are - tea baggers in particular - block everything that is good for the USA in the House - NOT supposed to do that, now are they ??!!

You got me. Americans are choosing safe tyranny over dangerous liberty in huge numbers. May their chains rest lightly upon them.

i agree it is silly. it is silly like Boston calling itself "Boston Strong", when they allowed the government to shut down an entire city, treat the citizenry like criminals, all because of two teen agers.

this explains why zombie movies and going to the dentist are illegal.
