how to get more views on youtube?

Lately im uploading some videos 4 my gaming channel on youtube and im noticing the time that i spend making this videos aint ******* worth it
Like i know that to get more views u need 2 get to the first videos in the search i guess
but this is ******* redicilus
almost every new view i upload has about 5 views in about 5
i have about 300 videos and about 10 of them actually got more than 1000 so now i got about 37K views but still im wondering how to get more views?

Remain consistent and produce nothing but top quality material. If you always put out bad content nobody will watch and share. Hope that helps a little bit.
