Amazing turnout there. I went to World Youth Day in 1993 in Denver Colorado. I was 13 years old. There was about 1 million people in Denver. I saw Pope John Paul 2

Only non-church goers want to believe religion is waning because they aren't there to see the crowds every Sunday in church

    I say religion is waning.

Millions of other human beings...who reject religion outright...or make a distinction between dogmatic, often lunatic orthodox religion and the more essentional "spiritual path," with a simple holy life, and exercises like meditation.

You do realize how little 3 million is, right? There are seven billion people in the world. three million isn't even a hundredth of that.

There are over 7 billion people on the planet.

    Put it in perspective.

Which is about 0.04% of the world population. Not the best example. It's possible that three million people are wasting their time, in fact it's probable.
