What am I missing with the Prius Base model vs the Prius Touring model 2007 - 2009?
Lots of dealers are advertising their Prius as Touring. It is not. But, what am I missing functionality-wise with the base version? What does Touring have that they base does not? All I know about is the spoiler and bigger tires. But I don't know what that matters. Thanks.

The primary differences were the larger spoiler and bigger, 16" wheels (tire diameter is the same), as you mentioned, as well as a tuned stabilizer bar and tuned shock absorbers for sportier handling. The Touring also had HID headlamps and fog lights standard, which were part of some option packages on the base.
