Guys who should I take on the draft.... NBA 2K14?

I have the 1st over-all and 8th over-all pick right now, my team is Wizards, and I'm really confused who to pick as 1st...

Andrew Wiggins or Jabari Parker???? Who's better??

(I downloaded a rookie draft patch, that's why I have those rookies on my draft day, this is my 2nd year of Association mode, I just simulated the 1st season , so I can get higher pick) but for the 8th pick I'm planning to draft Julius Randle, unless he gets draft earlier.

I also traded Otto Porter to Mavs for the 8th pick.
