Why so many people hate Nickelback?

I don't know. They're honestly one of my favorite bands to listen to.

It's still better than listening to Justin Bieber or Miley Cyrus, lol

I haven't heard much from them for a while. I really liked the first song they came out with in the early 2000's "How You Remind Me", the rest were okay, like you said they're not so bad. A lot of singers sound the same, they just seem to get more hate for it.

They sound like they only have one cheesy rhythm to all their songs. I like the way it sounds but it's just a bit too main stream rock for me. It's like they forgot to ask for something else than fame when they sold their souls. Lol.

Their songs are about as generic as rock can get, not to mention the singer just has a really WHINY tone to his voice that drives me insane

Because Chad Kroeger's last name is synonymous to Freddy Krueger's

Their songs are repetitive. I like a couple of them though.
