Bathroom supplementary earth bonding, notifiable?
Is supplementary earth bonding in a bathroom a notifiable work, or can I, as a competent but unregistered, do the work myself? (I'm in the UK)
I know that Part P does list supplementary (and main) bonding as work that does not require notification, but I'm not sure how it being in the bathroom may affect this (seeing as it's a "special" area).
RE: Pauline. It says "addition or alteration to existing circuits", though. Does earth bonding really count as an addition or alteration to a circuit, considering the fact that it's just and earth cable and therefore not live?

Only notifiable if within 600mm of bathtub or shower tray (& less than 2.1m above )
