Can someone translate this to English from French?

I'm chatting with a French person on this game. I think the person is using shortcuts in his words so google translate doesn't help much.

Its says : sorry I didn't understand your question.

Posting just to add that yes, French acronyms are not the same as English acronyms. For instance, lol can sometimes be mdr in French forums. It stands for "mort de rire" or "dead from laughing".

    Hi!

I just want to add to Jevana's great answer that it should be properly written as "Désolé(e), j'ai pas/je n'ai pas compris ta question. Alors mon numéro sur ce jeu est : ________ si tu en as besoin dans le jeu ou pour joindre ma guilde. Bises."

Bizzz = 'bises' and means 'kisses'. It's usually just friendly, not meant romantically.
