Is this very unusual at a Bowling Alley?
I walked into the Restroom there was no Toilets only 2 Urinals and a Sink in the Men's Room.

Likely there is another restroom in the building. The building and occupation codes require toilets. Of course, in the City of Detroit it's unlikely that code enforcement is very thorough.
