Do you find this annoying when buying items from a store?

There are two young female staff who either talk to each other or walk away when I go to pay for my items. I have noticed this occurs whenever I buy something. But I always get this smug look from either staff as if I have interrupted their gossip break or have annoy them for being a mature polite man. Weird! Even at places that I have never been before. I have to ask to be served.

I noticed that they serve other female and young male customers.

Is it because I am an ordinary man?

Or, is it that these young girls are lesbians or tarts who presume I am one of those mystery buyers or an inspector from the moron department?
