Coat of Arms?
I have a question about Turkey's coat of arms. Who will design it? Will there be a competition like in 1925? What if we have a design in our mind? Although I can't draw, can we share our opinions if yes who should be that person?

A coat-of-arms is usually a hereditary emblem that depicts some emblems or combinations of, defining the family or cast it applies.
I think you have in mind a national emblem or ensign that will represent the country However the c ountry has already emblems that represent it and designing a new one can only will be of not use unless theer is a specific contest for it.
Another way to have your design accepted would be to have someone highly in the hierearchy of politicians to push it along. And that only if the majority of the political system accepy it. However, you do not have anything to lose if you make a drawing of what you have in mind and try to promote your idea.
As long as it is not offending the existing national symbols all is possible.
