To your vulgar response to my Walmart question - if people did not change their availabilities, there wouldn't exist thousands of copies of schedule change forms. Things surface in life and people aren't always available like they were a month ago.
I did NOT 'pretend' to be available at a certain time. For two entire weeks, I actually took every kind of shift I was given, whether morning, evening, or night. I have every right, as an employee, to talk to a manager about what I feel, and if the manager turns on me and starts acting obnoxious, rude, and filthy, then HE is the as*hole, not I. Availability change and 'salary change' have NOTHINNGG to do with each other.
