Is it possible for a super computer buff to add ram into a MacBook despite ram already soldered into it?

Basically can anyone take apart a MacBook and manually install additional RAM? Like maybe if it was Tony Stark doing it, can a MacBook be manipulated? Just out of curiosity.

Yes, it's possible. But it's also possible that the RAM installed is already at the top limit that the computer can use.

For instance, if the top limit of RAM 8GBs and 8GBs are already installed then there's no reason to change it to 32GBs. It's a complete waste.

If it's soldered in place then there's no upgrading it unless there's a RAM slow free.
