Is there a way to see the code inside the apps in my computer to copy it or learn it?

No. the 'apps' are compiled to machine language. You can decompile it - but it will not look like normal source code.

There are lots of YouTube videos showing you how to program or write mobile apps. Go watch some.

Yes, but that's a lousy way to learn how to code. What you're looking for is a "decompiler". However, if you don't know how to code now, it's going to be complete gibberish to you when you decompile.

Unless the program is released as open source (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_source), it's most likely not possible.
