PC not displaying on monitor?

I'll summarize it. When I turned on my pc my monitor says no input. I restarted it now and then,to no avail. Then after like a few days I turn it on to check it,then it worked. Im so glad. BUT my keyboard and mouse is not working even though theyre properly connected(Though my keyboard works when Im accessing the BIOS). THEN my monitor started displaying transparent barcode like objects on the side of the screen thats been going up and down. I restarted it again, then it didnt turn on. IS this a MOBO problem?

    I think you would be better off buying a complete new computer set.

    delete system 32... worked for me...
