Given that CEO Jed York is incompotent and impatient I think there is a good chance that the next coach will be gone after a year.

At this point I would say 'probably yes'. Jed York said many of the right things this morning, including making sure that the new GM and head coach can work together, and are on the same page about rebuilding the team. And a team with $60 million in cap room has a lot of options for rebuilding. I could easily see the Niners six or seven games next season, just on the strength of potential free agents. That sort of thing will definitely get the new head coach another season.
BTW, the short version of the team name is "49ers", without an apostrophe. The more formal name is either "Forty Niners" (the official corporate name) or just "Niners".
